By using LegalMandi, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Platform Nature
LegalMandi is a directory and listing platform. We connect clients with advocates. We do not provide legal advice, represent any party, or guarantee the quality of legal services provided by listed advocates.
Advocate Registration
- Advocates must hold a valid Bar Council registration to list on LegalMandi
- All information provided must be accurate and up to date
- False information will result in immediate removal without refund
- LegalMandi reserves the right to verify credentials and reject any application
Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Lifetime listing fees are non-refundable once a profile is approved and activated
- Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the placement request is approved
- In case of rejection, full payment will be refunded within 7 business days
- Payments may be collected through manual UPI, representative callback, coupons, or Razorpay when enabled
- Digital listing services begin after profile approval and payment verification
- Lifetime listings do not require monthly renewal. Users may request account deactivation by contacting support.
Payment Gateway Terms
When online payment gateway collection is enabled, users may be redirected to or shown a secure checkout operated by the payment provider. LegalMandi does not store card, net banking or UPI PIN details. Payment confirmation, failed payment handling, chargeback review and settlement timelines may depend on the payment provider and banking partners.
Service Delivery
LegalMandi provides digital directory listing and profile visibility services. There is no physical shipping. Approved profiles are usually activated within 24 business hours after successful verification and payment confirmation.
Referral Program
- Referral payout amounts are shown in the user dashboard and may be updated by LegalMandi from time to time
- Referrer must have an active paid plan to receive payout
- Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension
- LegalMandi reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program
Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false credentials or misrepresenting qualifications
- Posting misleading information on profiles
- Using the platform for spam or unsolicited communications
Limitation of Liability
LegalMandi is not liable for the quality of legal services provided by listed advocates. Any disputes between clients and advocates are to be resolved between the parties directly.
