Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for LegalMandi listing and featured placement payments.
Manual UPI Payments
LegalMandi currently supports manual UPI payments. Users upload a payment screenshot and the admin team verifies the payment before activating the listing or add-on.
Refund Eligibility
- If a profile is rejected during verification, the listing payment is eligible for refund within 7 business days.
- If duplicate payment is made by mistake, the extra amount is eligible for refund after verification.
- If payment is made but not received in our account, the request may be rejected after checking bank/UPI records.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once a profile is approved and activated, lifetime listing fees are non-refundable.
- Featured placement fees are non-refundable once the featured status is activated.
- Accounts removed for false documents, misleading information, spam or policy violation are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation
Users may stop renewing their plan at any time. The profile may remain visible for directory purposes, but contact visibility can be hidden after plan expiry.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact support@legalmandi.in with your registered phone number, payment screenshot, UPI transaction reference and reason for refund.
