Directory Service
LegalMandi provides digital directory listings and discovery tools. We are not a law firm, referral agency or party to the professional relationship between a visitor and an advocate.
Accounts and Profile Content
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep login credentials secure.
- Advocates must be legally eligible to describe themselves as advocates and must submit genuine verification information.
- You grant LegalMandi permission to host, format and display content you submit for operating and promoting your directory profile.
- We may correct formatting, request evidence, reject, suspend or remove profiles that are false, unlawful, misleading, inactive or in breach of these terms.
Plans and Delivery
The current price and duration shown on the checkout or pricing page apply to the purchase. The advocate listing is a digital listing service. Featured placement is a recurring visibility add-on unless checkout states otherwise. Approved services are delivered online; no physical product is shipped.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Dodo Payments or another provider displayed at checkout. LegalMandi does not store full card details, online-banking passwords or UPI PINs. Taxes, payment confirmation, chargebacks and settlement handling may involve the payment provider.
Featured Placement
Featured placement increases visibility in eligible areas but does not guarantee impressions, enquiries, clients, revenue or a particular search-engine position. Placement may rotate among eligible profiles.
Prohibited Conduct
- False credentials, impersonation, deceptive claims or unlawful content.
- Automated scraping, bulk harvesting of contact details or attempts to bypass security.
- Spam, malware, interference with the service or manipulation of reviews and engagement.
Intellectual Property
LegalMandi branding, design, software and original editorial content are protected by applicable law. Third-party profile content remains the responsibility of its submitter.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, LegalMandi is not responsible for professional advice, engagements, outcomes, indirect loss, or information supplied by listed professionals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
